Shipping & Return Policies
We want to make sure that your shopping experience with M & M Jewelers is easy, enjoyable and convenient and this is why we have partnered with the best shipping couriers, FedEx and USPS to handle our shipping.

Shipping of the orders from www.mmjewelersbirmingham.com are safe, secure and quick. We carefully and appropriately package the jewelry in order to avoid any damage during transit and to make sure it reaches you safely.

All packages are fully insured by M & M Jewelers until they reach you safely, so you are guaranteed a 100% safe purchase. Once your order is dispatched, we will give you the tracking number of the package so that you can track it. All the packages will have a signature requirement but if you are not available to receive your package, a note will be left at your door by the carrier, and then you can pick up your package from a nearby post office or FedEx/USPS facility.

  • We provide free shipping on purchases of US $500 or above.
  • Unless requested, we provide only US shipping.
  • We also offer pickup at store. You can Call/message to set up a time for pick-up.
  • Shipping is available to any home or office address.
  • Shipping through other carriers can be arranged upon request.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Items purchased from M & M Jewelers can be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition.

Before returning your item(s), please contact us at mmjewelers@bellsouth.net or (205) 991-0593 to state the reason for your return. When returning your item(s), make sure to package it securely and along with all original sales receipts and packaging materials. Once the shipping is done, make sure to share its tracking code with us.

Please note that the items that are damaged, altered, or sized in any way cannot be accepted for return. Even custom-made jewelry, including custom-engraved items, cannot be accepted for return. After all the inspections are done, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 days.
